Another fundraising gathering to kickoff the fabulous upcoming Vizcaya Preservation Hat Luncheon. Bal Harbour Shops was the setting where we were treated to champagne and beautiful surroundings. An exciting and exotic night in Bollywood to benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Miami! Bravo to the Chairs and Committee members for a successful sold out bash on the bay with over 400 in attendance at Ana Vega Milton's gorgeous home. Also on January 26th, Jimmy Quiroga (R) Designs was honored to be selected as jewelry sponsor for the Farilchild Tropical Garden Galaxy in the Garden Gala. It is with deep appreciation that we accepted the request from the co-shairs, legendary philanthropist, friend and client Swanee DiMare and long time friend and client Frances Aldrich Sevilla-Sacasa. As silet auction jeweltry sponsor we are happy to support one of the most spectacular events of the gala season and this tropical jewel of Miami!

It was a privilege to honor our own City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, and his father Miami Dade Commissioner and former City of Miami Mayor Xavier Suarez during the Immaculata La Salle Highs School Tropicana 1950 Gala. Mayor Suarez is a beloved alumni of the school, as are our two sons. Jimmy Quiroga (R) Designs was once again jewelry sponsor for the signature event. Both honorees wear Jimmy Quiroga (R) Desings Vintage Cuban Coin cufflinks and key chains. Commissioner Xaviers Cuff links are particularly special, as they are from the year 1949, the year he was born in Cuba. Jimmy and I are honored that the Suarezs are part of our extended family. A very memorable and emotional evening!

A January Winter Wonderland in Western Colorado was the scene for a sourcing trip for Jimmy and Vivian Quiroga. Gorgeous Arizona and Persian Turquoise beads and stones in spectacular hues were picked for future Jimmy Quiroga (R) Designs jewelry pieces. 

A wonderful evening was held to Kick off the Art Basel season benefitting the Childhood Cancer Project. Jimmy Quiroga (R) Designs is blessed to support such important research in the fight for a cure to childhood cancer. A wonderful evening among great friends and spectacular art to support this very important research for the kids! 

Jimmy & I are honored and humbled that Virginia Jacko, Pres. and CEO of Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, wore our Pearl Cross Necklace for Archbishop Thomas Wenskis visit. Virginia, totally blind herself, is an inspiration to all of us and we are blessed to support such an amazing cause. 

Jimmys biggest fans gathered for our 18th Annual JQ Holiday Celebration and Sale! Chefs gourmet bites and bubbly were served and everyones Christmas and Holiday wish lists were fulfilled. A wonderful afternoon was had with dear clients and friends!  

A milestone was celebrated by the Guardian Angels of Holtz Childrens Hospital, part of Jackson Health Systems, celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Guardians Luncheon. For many years Jimmy Quiroga (R) Designs is honored to be jewelry sponsor for this whorthwhile cause expanding the many services needed for the childrenin the hospital.
