First Lady of Honduras, Rosa Elena Bonilla de Lobo, was honored by the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and received a JIMMY QUIROGA ® DESIGNS Sterling Silver and Freshwater Pearl Drops Necklace at an event held in Miami in her honor on May 28, 2011. Lily Lopez, Pres. of the Chamber gave the award to represent Hispanic entrpreneurship in Miami.

The Miami International Film Festival held the Premiere of the movie "Magic City Memoirs", with executive producer ANDY GARCIA and starring his daughter DOMINIK GARCIA-LORIDO. In celebration of the event, Jimmy and Vivian Quiroga awarded to Dominik a JIMMY QUIROGA ® DESIGNS Peace Love and Happiness Turquoise Necklace. It took place at Downtown Miami's historic Gusman Center for the Performing Arts.

A Special Premiere Showing and Celebration was held for the release of the major motion picture "Beastly". The movie and book author, Miami's own ALEX FLINN, was honored and was awarded a JIMMY QUIROGA ® DESIGNS custom-made necklace depicting the movie's white rose in sterling silver and enamel. The stars of the movie are Vanessa Hudgens, Alex Pettyfer, Mary-Kate Olsen and Neil Patrick Harris.

JIMMY QUIROGA ® DESIGNS was the Jewelry Sponsor for the Magic City's First Mayor's Ball, to benefit the Miami Police Athletic League, which supports inner-city youth programs. A striking JIMMY QUIROGA COUTURE 7-Strand Freshwater Necklace and matching 5-Strand bracelet were donated and auctioned off to benefit the cause. The event took place at the Intercontinental Hotel in downtown Miami.

MACY'S Westfield Mall, Florida presents a Holiday Extravaganza on Saturday Dec. 18th. JIMMY QUIROGA ® DESIGNS will be there with a trunk show featuring the new "Lucky Bracelets" in sterling silver and diamonds.

JIMMY QUIROGA ® DESIGNS was honored to be selected to award to the First Lady of Panama, Marta Linares de Martinelli a beautiful set of jewelry in Pink Freshwater Pearls and Sterling Silver. The signature set contained a necklace, bracelet and earrings. The first lady spoke to the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Miami, Florida. She was very pleased with the jewelry gift, and graciously complemented Vivian Quiroga during the presentation.
