Cancelling An Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've placed on the same day, please call 1-800-327-LIDO as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

Methods Of Payment

We are unable to accept checks for orders placed through our web site. JIMMYQUIROGA.COM accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept payment by PAYPAL. If we are unable to process your credit card. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Sales Tax

JIMMYQUIROGA.COM collects applicable sales taxes if your shipping address is in the state of Florida. If you are a wholesale account, you must provide a copy of your tax identification information and business card.


Standard Delivery

Once the merchandise leaves our facilities, orders will typically arrive to addresses within the contiguous United States within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.

Express Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping will ship within the next two (2) business days, pending credit card authorization, verification and availability of the merchandise in our facilities. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order within the US.. The carriers that may be used are: FedEx, U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.

Returns and Exchanges

Our Guarantee - All of our Products are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely thrilled with your purchase, return the unworn item to us within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. Unworn or defective merchandise may be returned in person at our Miami location. JIMMY QUIROGA ® DESIGNS requires valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges in person.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail - To return any unworn or defective JIMMYQUIROGA.COM purchase by mail:
1. Please call us at 1.800.327.LIDO or locally in Miami at 305.377.3852.
2. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or if you'd like an exchange. If a credit, we will refund the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. If an exchange, let us know what you want and we will process the order upon arrival of the returned items.
3. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible.
4. Make sure that your shipping carrier can insure the package for the full value of the items inside the package. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Credit Card Refunds - When we receive your return, we will credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Protecting the safety of your credit card information is of utmost importance to us. For all wholesale inquiries, E-mail your company information to vpq@jimmyquiroga.com. We will need the following:
1. Type of business: jewelry storefront or E-commerce.
2. Business/store name, owner's name, address, and phone number.
3. Buyer's name, E-mail address, and contact number.
4. Number of years in business.
5. Three wholesale trade references.
6. Please email or fax your sales tax registration certificate and business card to (305) 358-0820. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process your wholesale account. You must have an established account to purchase wholesale.

Wholesale Policies

Minimum Order: Opening orders are $500.00 with re-orders of $300.00.

Terms: We accept money orders or credit cards for online wholesale orders only. Please see above for shipping charges.

Returns: If your products arrive damaged, please notify the carrier (not  JIMMY QUIROGA ® DESIGNS). It is best to inspect and not accept any inventory that has been damaged. Save your shipping box for the carrier’s inspection. All claims must be made through the carrier. For undamaged returns, please notify us via phone or E-mail for authorization and packing instruction before returning the products. Undamaged returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the shipping date (postmarked date on your package). Further shipments cannot be made to any wholesale customer with a past due invoice. Collection fees for any indebtedness will be charged to the customer.
